Meet the Doctors
Dr. Samer Obeid
D.M.D.
Dr. Samer Obeid is a graduate of the School of Dental Medicine at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts. After dental school, Dr. Obeid continued to serve Boston’s dental community in both private practice and as an instructor at Tufts. He has been in private practice for over 20 years and is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Michigan Dental Association, the Oakland Dental Society, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Obeid and the Oakridge Dental Center team regularly attend seminars to stay current with today’s research, practices, techniques, and technologies. Patients at Oakridge Dental Care receive “cutting edge” care.
As a dentist, Dr. Obeid blends his passions for learning, teaching, and Complete Health Dentistry to serve patients at Oakridge Dental Center. Complete Health Dentistry is founded on the principle that general health starts in the mouth and a healthy mouth supports a patient’s overall health and wellbeing. In addition, Dr. Obeid brings expertise in preventive and cosmetic care, surgery, restorative care, and treatment of disorders, such as sleep apnea. He is also a preferred Invisalign® provider. Dr. Obeid truly cares about his patients, who trust him to provide accurate diagnoses and identify the best, most effective treatments for long-term health. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, reading, playing racquetball, traveling, and volunteering his expertise in both the local community and abroad.
Dr. Robert M. Haddad
D.D.S.
Dr. Robert M. Haddad is a native of the area, growing up in Troy, MI. He received his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences at Wayne State University in 2011, and completed his doctorate of dental surgery at University of Michigan in 2015. As an active member of the national, state, and local dental associations, he keeps up-to-date with continuing education and conferences throughout each year.
Dr. Haddad has a strong passion for cosmetic dentistry, endodontics and orthodontic aligners. He takes great pride in his chairside rapport with his patients, and makes sure your dental experience is as comfortable and educational as possible. Dr. Haddad strives to help you create and maintain a beautiful and healthy smile.
During his spare time, Dr. Haddad keeps active by playing basketball, weight-lifting, and enjoys traveling with his family and friends.
